Dear Editor,
I was interested to read "Indonesia Rejects Israel's Latest Call for Bilateral Relations" (04/31/2016). As we know, Indonesia supports the Independence of Palestine. That's why Indonesia seems to not have plans of making legitimate relations with Israel.
As far as I know, Indonesia has trade and tourism treaty with Israel, but don't have any diplomatic relations. I don't want to write about the religious reasons here. I think it's okay to have bilateral relations with Israel. We need to maintain good relationship with other countries. In addition, we can get many benefits from the relationship.
My suggestion is the government to re-consider this case. Having good relationship with the other will be great for a developing country like Indonesia.

Dear Tom Atkinson,
I am wriiting to complain about the latest flat rent rise.
I do appreciate living in your unit. However, I believe my budget cannot handle a rental increase at this time.
In my opinion, the rent rise is unfair due to some reasons. Firstly, the flat is in great need of repair. For your information, there are many tiny holes in my wall. The door also doesn’t close properly.
Secondly, the last rent rise was 3 months ago. Meanwhile, there are no upgrade in the flat.
Lastly, the rent increase means that I have to get third tenant. However, it is a small flat. I do not think if it will be convenient for having three tenants.
I myself know that the increase of $20 is probably necessary, but I do ask that it has to be followed by some upgrades. The wall and the door have to be fixed and please add room heater for each room.
